"I have been an active licensed massage therapist since January 2014 and was first introduced to yoga as a young girl. Throughout the years, both my massage and yoga practices have evolved into a unique mixture of techniques designed to facilitate the alleviation of stress and tension within the body. I have a passion for essential oils and enjoy using them as a way to enhance the effects of my crafts.
My goal as a massage therapist and yoga teacher is to create a quiet and calm space for others to let go of mental chatter and find pure relaxation. I incorporate guided meditation techniques into my practice to assist clients in becoming mindful and present. I believe that present moment awareness is the key to allowing the necessary space for our bodies and minds to truly relax and restore.
I began working at Breathe Yoga and Massage in May of 2016. Today it is an absolute dream come true to own and operate Breathe with the love of my life, Zach. Together we strive to further the growth of Breathe and to sustain a tranquil, relaxing studio that provides incredible massage therapists and class teachers for the fantastic individuals of our community."
