Yoga and Movement Classes

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am | Level 1 = Low Activity

Restorative Yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to practice relaxation by rejuvenating the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of your being. You will be guided to use supportive props, such as blankets, blocks and bolsters, to assist you in finding ease and bliss through out each posture.
This class is a softer practice designed to bring you back to your natural state of wellness through minimal movement and space for stillness in your mind and body.

With a particular focus at stretching the connective tissues and opening the joints, expect to leave this class feeling like you just enjoyed a therapeutic massage...ahhhh!

Student Guidelines

Our doors open 15 minutes before each class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have ample time to settle in and relax before class begins. For your first class at Breathe, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for a short form and introduction to our space.

Help us provide a calm and stress-less environment for our community by speaking softly and leaving cell phones in your vehicle.

As a symbol of leaving your troubles at the door and as a means to keep our space clean, please remove your shoes upon entering the yoga room and bring clean feet to your practice time.

Many students prefer to have their own mat, but we do have community mats in our studio that you're welcome to use. Please wipe down mats with provided cleaner and cloth after each use. (We have mats and other yoga accessories available for purchase.)
