The prerequisite for this training is a minimum of one year of regular yoga practice. This requirement may be waived if you have applicable dance, athletic or movement history. If you have not been practicing at Breathe Yoga & Massage, please include a letter from your regular teacher(s) outlining your practice history when you submit your application.
We also suggest taking classes from your lead guides Jenessa Stark and Greg McDonald to ensure that you are familiar with and enjoy their teaching styles. We will all be spending a lot of time together!
