Finding balance within the body strengthens key stabilizing muscles, calms the mind, and centers energy.
In this workshop we will dissect our balance from the soles of our feet to the crown of our head and learn why we find balance easier at some times than others. Our focus will be on standing poses but these concepts aid in arm balancing and inversions.
Modifications will be offered so that all levels of practitioners may leave feeling accomplished and challenged.
