I’m delighted to be part of the fabulous team here at Breathe. I believe in following my heart and true intuition. These beliefs have led me to become the loving massage therapist that I am. Kind-hearted and a good listener, I view each and every individual soul as an opportunity to connect with empathy and understanding.
As a graduate from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2014, I have been educated in modalities consisting of Swedish, Craniosacral, Myofascial release, Geriatric and Tui Na Massage. As I am always seeking new opportunities that compliment who I am, I have been enjoying developing a specialty in Craniosacral work. I believe in our bodies' natural ability to heal ourselves, and as a therapist, I will gently assist this organic process.
Growing up here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest has been absolutely inspiring in many ways. I love being surrounded by the beautiful forest, rivers, mountains, flowers and animals of our area. Nature is my second home. I love Yoga and have adopted this physical and spiritual practice into my lifestyle with so much joy. Other ways I love to spend my time include Art (acrylic painting or recycled art creations), playing tennis, long boarding, identifying plants, birds, trees, mushrooms, and of course being in the presence of the people I love.
