Gail enjoys working at Breathe and meeting all the wonderful people that walk through the doors. She has been practicing massage for over 10 years.
She has experience working with a diversity of clients across all ages and special needs. She even spent time teaching in a village in Japan. That is also where she had an apprenticeship in Shiatsu (an Eastern Modality of Massage that focuses on Acupressure, stretching techniques, and restoring balance to Meridians throughout the body). She also studied Reiki techniques while in Japan.
Gail has advanced training in Aromatherapy, Thai Massage, Reflexology, & Kinesiology. She practiced yoga for over 18 years and taught classes in Alaska. She enjoys Partner Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. She loves to utilize her positive energy and skilled techniques to provide professional, therapeutic care to each individual she comes in contact with.
Gail loves yoga, dancing, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, canoeing, and taking in the beauty of the world. She also loves to sing, write, and garden.
