Class Schedule Notes:
- Friday Night classes alternate: 2nd Fridays are Guided Meditation and 4th Fridays are Guided Breathwork (Pranayama).
- Workshops (marked in orange above) require separate registration. Call us at 360.604.1226 with questions.
Reserving a Spot in Class - Drop-Ins are Welcome
Most of our classes don't fill up, so you generally don't need to make a reservation. We average around 8 students per class. But some of the classes sometimes get pretty full. If you'd like to reserve a space in class to make sure you get in, you can do so online at this link: reserve a space in a class (or give us a call at 360.604.1226). Class size is limited to 15, and 12 of those spots can be reserved ahead of time. Please be sure to cancel a class reservation at least one hour before class time to avoid being charged for the class and, more importantly, to free up the space for someone else to attend.
