Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance
Luis is a native New Yorker who lived across the United States while serving in the US Army as a medic. Along the way he has been a student of several types of martial arts but in 2004 he became acquainted with Tai Chi. Since then he has studied several styles, eventually becoming an Instructor for Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance.
With the goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle and continuously evolving in his practice, Luis utilizes his background in both the medical and fitness fields to assist others in being able to achieve their wellness goals. He is an avid hiker, volunteers with fellow Veterans and enjoys spending most of his time with his wife Dee Anne and their cats.
