Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm | Saturdays 9:30-10:30am (beginning October, 2019)
Join us for Hatha Yoga, an all levels class that focuses on holding poses for a longer period of time. This class will provide you with an opportunity during each posture to find your fullest expression of the pose. Hatha Yoga is particularly fantastic for building strength, increasing balance and opening up the joints, all while providing the stress reduction of mindful yoga.
