This practice will begin with Yin yoga postures that will bring awareness to the physical and energetic body and breath, while promoting a clear, calm stillness of mind. Physical tension will then be relieved from the body through the use of Pranayama (breathing techniques), Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga and sun salutations (flow yoga).
Regardless of how busy or tired our minds may be, when we bring attention to our chakras during this meditation, we will ultimately achieve a state of tranquility and bliss as we practice.
The Kundalini chakra meditation is a blended experience of nurturing, spiritual and physical practices, fusing movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and chanting. As we move and breathe together, we will focus our intention on improving physical vitality and expanding consciousness.
